Zsolt's lemongrass syrup

My lemongrass syrup is made with the following ingredients:
1 large bunch (12 grams) of fresh lemongrass
1 litre of artesian water of Fót
180 grams of sugar
25 ml 100% lemon juice
100 ml blue curacao or pineapple syrup
Heat the water and boil up with the sugar. Add the lemongrass leaves and lemon juice and refrigerate for 24 hours. Afterwards I strain the juice, add the syrup and boil it. After 6 minutes I pour the syrup into a jar and put it in the jar and slowly cool it under a duvet.
Thinning ratio: 1:2
